Drinks get the people who already seek each other out talking. Everyone else drifts back into the same little cluster after ten minutes. If you want that to change, it helps to do something together with a small goal in it. In a free roam mission you have to give each other directions, or you will not get through.
The leaderboard

Put a team behind a racing simulator and something happens that no icebreaker manages. The live leaderboard on the wall does the work: there is something to win, so people talk, laugh and go over it afterwards.
You need no skill for it and no driving licence. The crew explains it in a minute and after that everyone drives for themselves.

The question that actually matters is not how many people fit but how many can go at the same time, because that decides whether part of the team stands waiting. Larger groups run in rounds, with the rest watching.
It is invoiced, catering and drinks are arranged in consultation, and the venue is a five minute ferry from Amsterdam Central. Send an enquiry with your date and numbers and you will hear straight away what is possible.

We're open every day from 12:00 to 20:00. Most teams come at the end of the working day: they start around 16:00 or 17:00 and run through to closing. If you want to start at 18:00 with a two-hour programme, that works. Tell us your preferred start time in your request and we'll check straight away whether it's free.
Expect about a 2-hour programme, extendable with drinks or extra worlds.
Yes. Anything from a single drink to drinks with snacks or a full dinner — we match it to your programme and your time slot. Halal, vegetarian, vegan and other dietary requirements are no problem; mention them in your request and we'll build them into the proposal.
At A'DAM VR in Amsterdam, up to 52 people play at the same time. The three worlds run alongside each other across 1,500 m² rather than one after another: 20 players in the arcade, 18 in the free-roam arena and 14 on the racing simulators.
A team of up to 52 doesn't need to split up. You spread the group across the three sections and swap halfway through, so everyone does everything.
Larger groups rotate in rounds. Anyone not playing at that moment watches live on the screens along the floor

Any group size is welcome at A'DAM VR in Amsterdam. There's no minimum and no maximum, we put together a tailored programme for every group.
Up to 24 people can book directly online, including your own date and time slot. Want drinks, dinner, a programme of your own or payment by invoice — or are you with more than 24? Request a proposal; that works for any group size.

Our team packages run from €39.50 to €95.50 per person, excluding VAT. The difference is playing time and catering: Kick-Off and Teamduel run 60 minutes, Teamchallenge and Teamchallenge Compleet run 120 minutes and include food and drinks. You pick a package as a starting point and we turn it into a tailored proposal.

We're in the A'DAM Tower on Overhoeksplein, in Amsterdam North. From Amsterdam Central that's five minutes on the ferry, which runs continuously and is free. There's nothing to arrange. For teams arriving by public transport that's usually the easiest route.
