What if I come with a large group?
We work with a rotation system, allowing groups of up to 60–67 people to be active at the same time. While one group is playing, others can relax in our bar or lounge area.
How long does a session last?
This depends on the package or individual experience you choose. Most programs last between 1 and 2 hours.
Do I need to make a reservation?
We highly recommend making a reservation.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. Our experiences are accessible to everyone, and our team will guide you step by step.
Is VR safe?
Yes. Our equipment is professional and continuously maintained. You can stop at any time if you feel uncomfortable.
What is the minimum age?
Most games are suitable for ages 8 or 12 and up, depending on the experience.
Can I join without VR experience?
Absolutely. No prior experience is needed. Our team will guide you step by step and explain everything before you start.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing and flat shoes. During Free Roaming experiences, you’ll be moving around, so it’s best to wear something easy to walk in.
Can I participate if I wear glasses?
Yes, in most cases glasses fit under the VR headset. If you’re unsure, our staff will help adjust it on-site.
What if someone in our group doesn’t want to participate?
No problem. Non-playing visitors can relax in our bar or lounge and watch. There’s always a comfortable place to wait.
Is VR suitable for company outings or team activities?
Absolutely. VR is perfect for team building, competition, and collaboration. We regularly host companies for outings, team days, and events.
