Why VR is scarier than a regular escape room

In a regular escape room you know where the walls are. In VR you don't. You see a corridor that isn't there, hear something behind you that is, and the puzzles are in places you'd rather not look. The rooms last fifteen minutes, and that's exactly long enough.

Too scary? You can always take the headset off. And if you'd rather puzzle without the scares, pick The Parvus Box or B Block Breakout — same tech, zero horror.

Jacob's Prison is the most accessible: tension, but mostly puzzling. The Dolls Room is the scariest. If you want no horror at all, The Parvus Box and B Block Breakout are the same idea without the scares.
